Darpit Kanadia

Darpit Kanadia leads the firm's Valuation Practice across India and serves as the Practice Head for the Mumbai office. With nearly two decades of experience, he specializes in business valuations, intangible asset valuations, purchase price allocations, impairment testing, and valuation advisory for transactions, financial reporting, taxation, and disputes.

Darpit has advised leading Indian and multinational organizations on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, capital market transactions, and litigation support. He is widely recognized for his expertise in Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) valuations and has played a key role in several landmark transactions in the sector. His experience also includes valuations of brands, trademarks, customer relationships, technology, financial instruments, and employee stock options.

Known for his technical expertise and commercial acumen, Darpit helps businesses navigate complex valuation challenges and make informed strategic decisions. His experience spans a wide range of industries, including infrastructure, renewable energy, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, information technology, consumer products, manufacturing, financial services, and automotive.
