Hemant Agnihotri

Hemant is based in Mumbai and has over 17+ years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking with exposure across the entire spectrum of a deal cycle including partner search, valuation, financial modelling, structuring and negotiations.

He has earlier worked with reputed investment banks and also with the Big 4s with stints in India, the UK and the Middle East. Hemant is focused on providing consulting and advisory services to the SME’s. He has worked across sectors on M&A, Private Equity / VC & Structured Debt transactions, where he actively advised clients on financial and strategic investments.
He is also quite passionate about addressing ESG related issues of clients impacting M&A and PE transactions and is an active member of the climate change committee of IACC.

Hemant is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode and has keen interest in reading and is an avid traveller.
