Himanshu Srivastava

Himanshu is responsible for Business Advisory Services and heads the Japan Desk.

A thorough professional, has worked entry and exit strategy domain (corporate laws, FDI regulations, Taxation, Industrial and Labour Laws) while setting-up their establishment and factories in India and lend real and practical insights on the pain areas, strategies to execute complex assignments of starting factories in India. He has over 42 full scale factory set-up projects and more than 200 entry strategy assignments, pan India.

His responsibilities encompass formulating business strategy and turnkey project management services. With over 20 years of experience in promoting investments into India, Himanshu advises overseas investors on complex legal issues, regulatory compliances, land acquisitions, factory set-ups, regulatory approvals, incorporation of legal entities, including joint venture formation, partner search and distributor search and liquidations and bankruptcy procedures. Assuming an interim project manager, he is often entrusted with turnkey project management, licenses and approvals, initial HR and administration of the newly set-up companies in India.

A qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA), Himanshu is an active speaker at national and international fora and regularly contributes white papers on Exchange Control Regulations as well as Corporate and Industrial Laws. He balances his professional life with golf, travelling and reading.
