Vipul Kumar Gupta

Vipul began his professional career with ASA in 2009 as a trainee in the firm’s Accounting & Business Support vertical and, based on his knowledge, skills and highly focused client delivery, joined the partnership in 2023.

Vipul carries 12 years of experience in regulatory matters, including Accounting, Corporate Tax, Indirect Taxation, and Exchange Control Regulations. He has assisted various Japanese and European clients in setting up accounting systems, policies & procedures with hands-on guidance ensuring compliance to the myriad regulatory environment. He has conducted various diagnostic reviews to identify gaps in regulatory compliance, suggestions for remedial action and mitigation of risk. He was also instrumental in assisting various clients in transitioning to the GST regime in 2017.

Vipul is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an ardent sportsperson, showing off his best when playing badminton or tennis.
