Qualification: MBA Finance from a reputed college

Experience: 2 - 3 years Investment Banking experience in front end IB firm / Big4

Job description

1. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
    

2. Responsible for:
    

   1. preparing pitch books / company profiles
       

   2. industry study and reports
       

   3. trading comps, precedent transactions comps
       

   4. valuation models
       

   5. company-focused discussion documents
       

   6. studying, building & analyzing different business & financial models
       

3. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is essential
    

4. Knowledge of conducting open-ended secondary research to garner industry-specific insights
    

5. Contacting Industry players for potential M&A opportunities globally.
    

6. Developed interpersonal skills, team orientation, and professional attitude. Self-motivated and with the ability to operate with limited supervision
